My string of hearts is growing at a great rate!
All of the bottom new leaves are green, whereas the top older leaves have the pinkish hue.
Pic 3 is the light setup (it’s a gloomy day in NY).
I just want to make sure that they eventually will turn pink and I’m not doing anything wrong

Mines the same, once they mature they turn purple
I think the leaves at the bottom of the strands need ample light as well. I have a similar setup to you and I noticed that some of the new growth stemming towards the bottom of my strands have started reverting to a darker green & didn’t get their pink back.
Did that all sprout out relatively quickly?! All my new growth is green and the pink comes in a few days later. Yours looks to have plenty of the variegation (the white color) so it doesn’t appear to be reverting.
More light on the strings might encourage growth closer together (less length between leaves), but, it looks great and totally happy to me!
Unless the top of the pot is already super packed, I might wrap one of the strands on top of the soil to support it being even more full! You could even trim some of the ends off where there are nodes and plant them in the soil to achieve the same goal. 🌱💕
