


here’s how I have tackled a neglected grisselinga in my parents’ garden which became a monster! (unfortunately I didn’t take a before photo).
It looks odd right now.. that big gap is where one of the plants died, so the surrounding ones naturally started growing sideways entangled.
My vision is that after some summer growth, I can shape this hedge into an arch.. or something groovy?
since my arch would just back on to the neighbours’ wire fence, I am considering whittling a wooden sculpture to place underneath:-)
I was wondering if you think this would work well with grisselinga? I know they’re not the best for shaping.
any tips would be appreciated.
