Hello! I am in Southern Missouri (Zone 7a). I had a bunch of seeds in my garage this winter but never got around to putting them in milk jugs outside. Do you think being in a garage is enough to cold stratify the plants. Some Prairie Pussytoe from my landscaping for attention.

I believe they have to be cold and wet for it to count.
