I did a few courses and currently work as a utility forester and arborist, but would like to have a full knowledge degree or certification so I can eventually move on to other stuff?
How would I do this?

I’m in the middle of moving and I’m working full time.
UCLA has a horticulture program, but it’s expensive and doesn’t allow for student aid
I have a degree In social studies, but I don’t think I wanna do a masters in hort. What should my next step be?
I couldn’t even get into my next horticulture course at the local community college because the lab took place during work hours

I think a good first step would be to clarify your goals: Are you trying to get a certification for a specific role/job category, exploring your interests with the aim of clarifying your focus as you advance through a program, or something else entirely.
That’ll likely help you narrow in on what might be the best fit, and help you ask more targeted questions. Education can be a significant investment of time, let alone money, so giving yourself the space (maybe not in the middle of a move : P) to think about what you really want could be helpful.
That said, you might look into local professional organizations like [NALP](https://www.landscapeprofessionals.org/) and others that offer professional education (though I’m sure others on this sub have more experience with those types of orgs than I do as a comms person).
