Love the front yard transformation. I've seen many people locally in SC hire someone that uses goats to eat the poison ivy. Apparently once the goats do so, it may not return. I love how you heal properties and communities, one day at a time.
Still appreciating that you saved that rose bush!
You should bring them out for the summer and see how much more you can get done. Almost like a vacation for youโฆ

Homemade weed killer
1 gallon of cleaning strength white vinegar
1 box of cheap salt
Two tablespoons of dawn dish soap
Mix together and put in a sprayer. It works best in direct sunlight. The hotter the day the better. This will kill poison ivy. I use it in our yard. It takes it a couple of days to work but it is nontoxic to animals and people.
