It definitely needs some water
Right now it needs water. It wants more light since the leaves are pointed and not rounded. The pot it’s in is probably too big, but the root system is probably so small that it doesn’t reach down very far into the soil, so the soil should dry out quick enough at the top to not matter much. I would coil the arena hanging over the edge back into the soil so they can root into the soil and help support the plant as well.
