Ok so I’ll start by saying I think I don’t have any isopods/spring tails in this tank, because it’s been a long time since I’ve added any. I think maybe some mold has grown, which you can see at the very bottom in that air gap below the soil, I also spotted light color small worms crawling in that lower air space, above I found these white critters circling a yellow thing that I have no clue.. Is anyone able to help out here and explain what these things are and the best course of action to clean up and get the tank healthy again? I’m definitely thinking of adding some spring tails and isopods soon

Well you definitely still have isopods if you added some long ago, they’re right there.
What species did you add? These would be mancae is not dwarf whites
