This does look sus to me! But it also looks possibly grown out. It’s not 100% for me though, it is possible the outer leaves are just getting old and the inner ones got a little scratched or something, there isn’t a distinct zigzag scar or obvious lines where the leaves would have been touching together in the past. I would treat with systemic just in case, but I’m paranoid from bad thrips experiences lol.
