I know a lot of people are in the midst of planning spring gardens, and money can be tight, so here is a rebate finder I built that uses your zip code.
There are not only municipal (eg- Georgetown in Texas) rebates, but also regional rebates from your water management (eg- LCRA in Texas). Thousands of $$$ could go towards large native plant projects that replace turf and reduce water use.

FYI, I just put in my Wilmington, DE zip code and got information for a program in NC. My guess is that it somehow jumped to Wilmington, NC.
