I noticed in the past week the ends of my SOH are pointing away from the window. Is it telling me it needs less direct light? This is a western exposure window and I am in the Northeast US. With the time change and lengthening days, it is definitely getting more light than it has in a while. I recently trimmed the ends of the strings and this is mostly the new growth, though one of the shorter strings at the top of the plant, which I didn’t trim, is doing the same.

Don’t worry. She’s just super happy and trying to make babies 🙂

Edit: OR her roots are weak and she’s trying to lay down anchors. Maybe take a look at the top and see if there’s balding, roots coming loose. Or other problems.

But she looks very happy to me

It means she’s growing. It can do that throughout the vine not just the ends
