This is my 2 year old monstera. It is 4 plants, 3 mature & 1 tiny little guy (pic 3). They all face the same direction and they feel a bit wide, so I want to separate them. But i am torn between separating them to multiple pots, or just rearrange them to all face out from a central 2×4 or moss pole.
I have only been a plant dad for 2 years & would welcome suggestions and help. He is currently in a west facing thru 2nd story window in Colorado, but could do anything except a north facing window. Also, there is a brand new leaf that just popped thru today on one of the 3 mature plants (pic 4)

me personally would separate to make them a bit more manageable, i separated one that had 6 plants and currently have them rooting in water
