It isn't sun burn because it hasn't been hit by direct sun and since moving I haven't used grow lights neither. Is it due to me watering too late? Thank you

If it’s only on one side it’s a light or temperature issue (a draft or a heater). This looks more water related to me.
However… It’s hard to see clearly but you may possibly have a small mealybug problem.
Edit: if you moved recently it could also be adjusting if the light in your new place is different from your old one!
