I originally posted about this flf 5-6 months ago (https://www.reddit.com/r/fiddleleaffig/s/XwarkArtaO) and since then I cut her back, changed her soil (spent time researching soil), cleaned her up (mealybugs have returned very recently), and moved her in front of a west facing window that gets lots of afternoon sun.
However, over the past 6-8 weeks, despite some new leaf growth, the majority of her leaves have dried up and fallen off. She gets watered when the top layer of soil has dried out and there is plenty of drainage. Her water usually contains mosquito bits to control fungus gnats or miracle gro food on schedule.
Is this just her continuing to recover from the trauma of getting cut back or is there something else going on? Is it likely that one or more of the existing stems may die? What else can I do to help her?

Are you sure it’s getting enough water? That soil looks pretty dry.
Is it possible that it dried out to the point where the soil is hydrophobic and so when you water, the water runs straight through and drains without absorbing? The way you can tell is this: after you water it, dig your finger down as far as you can and see if the soil is actually saturated with water. When soil gets too dry, it becomes difficult for it to actually get wet and even after watering the soil is bone dry.
I’d bet that’s what’s happening here.
The soil looks a bit dry. Does the pot she’s in have holes in the bottom?
