My cats absolutely decimated my palm plant last weekend. They quite literally knocked the pot over and ripped the plant out of the dirt. It did not look like this before (all droopy and elongated). I moved the cabinet that it's on to a less accessible place and tried to put books on it to make it hard for them to get up and gnaw at the leaves. What can I do to revive it? Should I trim dead leaves away? I feel like a horrible plant dad ðŸ˜
Any advice is appreciated
