    looks more like an echeveria ‘desert camel’ that I’ve seen some people selling. I tried looking for the parentage of that but couldn’t find much online.

    This reminds me a bit of Echeveria Madiba… it doesnt have the lightly frilled edges, but you know how those don’t always show up on young nursery specimen. I definitely havent seem tips like that on my Lilacina tho!
