Ive had this guy since it was about a foot tall. It’s been in this place with the window about 3.5 years. Literally nothing has changed other than new leafs. Could it be I need to repot? It’s approximately 7feet tall with 2 stocks. Picture attached . I just don’t know what could be wrong with him

I’m sure somebody who knows the actual answer will chime in here, but here are my thoughts:
Let’s assume that nothing has changed in your care or the location or conditions for the past 3.5 years. And we’ll also assume that it doesn’t have bugs or anything like that. From looking at it, the leaves are green, though they’re a little curled and not entirely robust the way it probably used to be, and that hints that there’s some other factor in play here.
I think that factor is the size. I’ve found that FLFs like to be pruned. It keeps them putting out nice new leaves where it can use them best- as opposed to above the previous leaves (or against the ceiling) where they might not be ideally placed. I think this plant is healthy but overgrown and in need of a good pruning.
It’s kind of hard to tell from the photo how big the pot is, and it’s possible that it needs to be repotted, but I am wondering when it was last given plant food? If it’s never been fed, it could be as simple as that. If it’s root bound it needs to be repotted, but if not, it doesn’t.
I think this might be a case of two things happening at the same time. It needs to be pruned (like in half), and if it hasn’t been fed in a while, feed it. The new leaves will come in healthy looking.
Also: if you decide to prune, try to avoid the impulse to only take a little off the top. Remember that the new branches will sprout from just below wherever you cut it, so you have to kind of visualize that in your head before making the cut. I’d cut it probably around the top of that white frame behind it. These things grow fast.
