I think they aren’t getting enough light due to the chlorosis and leaf curling upward. However I do sometimes leave the grow light going from 9:00AM to 9:00PM and I wonder if this negatively affects them (ex, their metabolism). They are also in a blend of coco coir, vermiculite, and perlite with a light mixing of my outside soil, so I would think there would still be nutrients for them to use, but is there a possibility they might be nutrient starved?

Give them a light fertilization, there is minimal nutrients in your substrate. They also are too far away from the light and should be getting at least 12 hours a day if not more.

I have lights running 16 hours per day, and my peppers are thriving.

What is your temperature range? Is it dipping below 40 degrees F in your space?
