Should I cut these up & plant them? For reference, I live in around Colorado Springs and I bought these at the same time, they were in the same bag. If I do plant them this afternoon, how long will it take to grow more potatoes from them? About what size are they going to get🤔 I wonder?

I think it’s a little too early for planting those in Colorado Springs, you’re still getting under 32 at night, right?
I’d wait until the soil warms up a bit.

If they were same bag then chances are they were either getting ever so slightly different temperatures allowing one to put out shoots, or one of them was getting light and the other wasn’t. (I believe there’s more causes but none of them are being remembered at the moment)

Anyways, exact time to grow and everything is heavily dependant on a variety of factors, but if you aren’t expecting any frost then it wouldn’t be a bad idea to plant them.
