Red mulch is reserved for McDonald’s and gas stations. So no me likely.

I hate it! Thank you for asking. I respect others love for the stuff, but dyed mulch is NOT for me.

HOA’s seem to hate red cedar mulch, but not because of environmentally unfriendly dyes. 🌹

I like it, but don’t grow edible plants in it

My mom and I love using red cedar mulch in our front yard! It makes the color of our cacti pop 🌵
Yours looks great! Don’t listen to the haters.

I have a landscaper friend who despises dyed mulch because it stains his clothes and hands

Hate it. I hate the color, the smell, and how messy it is unless it’s completely contained.

Cedar is okay, but not anything dyed.

I do not like dyed mulches. They look horrible when they start to fade and yet they still have a lot of life left in them so you’re stuck with faded mulch. Natural mulch stays nice and natural looking until it starts to breakdown. Plus it gives your yard a more natural look which is my preference.

I prefer a natural mulch, no dyes

I think it’s too red, I prefer river rock

I’ve never messed with Red Cedar Mulch IRL, nor do I know much about it, but as a layman I think the color looks great! I feel like it makes the green of your plants really stand out. There’s a reason why you see the colors red and green go together so often.
