Looks like a mosquito larvae from here.
Looks like an amphipod
Based on the way it is swimming I’d say an amphipod
I don’t know the exact species but look into scuds, if it is freshwater you’ll have more luck finding the exact species.
Also a type of amphipod and crustacean.
