Rain garden if that’s where all the water flows anyway

  2. It looks like it’s driven on a lot, like for overflow parking.

You could dig out the grass and put in plastic permeable pavers that you fill with gravel. It makes a sturdy gravel driveway for relatively cheap and will last a while.

Stop driving over it lol, throw gravel down if you’re going to be using it as a driveway

Move the stables to the rear of the estate paul

Theres literally a fucking car in front of it lol

It isn’t your lawn if you are driving on it.

Once you decide if it is lawn or a road there are lots of easy ways to fix it.

Ditch it 3-5 inches deep along the driveway edge and fill with small pebbles or rocks

After you stop driving on it, you could try laying some hay down.

If you care about they type of grass your lawn is made of, then you might need to aerate and reseed that area. Idk the specifics of that so you should probably just consult professional if you’re going down that route.

If youve decided its a parking spot, rake even and overtop with road base.

Put up big rocks so the idiots in your neighborhood stop driving on your grass.

  11. lol alpha male 169. I just picture your gf or wife bringing this up a while back, and Alphamale169 was having no part of it. Now he’s realizing they were right and has to fix it.

Throw a few more foxes in the hole, eventually they’ll hold

  13. Looks like you park your car on the grass. Stop doing that when the ground is soft

French drain, and stop driving on it-maybe make this area gravel.

Id repack it with some bulk soil and hay mix, then replant some grass seed.

When the soil becomes workable (squeeze a clump full in your hand and it should be moist but fall apart) use a dirt rake to smooth it out. Rake in grass seed (in our area we use a mix of annual and perennial). Do not use a pre-emergent herbicide. Never let the seed dry out for at least two weeks. You can cover with straw or stuff you get where you bought your seed to facilitate this. The annual seed will germinate within days and helps the perennial to get established. You want the perennial since that will come back the next year. I usually plan on watering twice a day. No walking on it.

  17. Push the mud back to level and grass seed. It may take multiple seedings, but it will grow quickly enough. As others have said, stop driving on it. If you need to keep using it for parking, then find a permanent fix like rock/concrete/blacktop.
