Hello! I’m new to indoor plants in general. I bought this little one around summer time last year and it hasn’t grown in 3-4 months. I water it every 15 days or so. I give it fertilizer and mist it too. It gets (I believe) direct sun for the spot I put it in during the day. The dirt does not really absorb water very well? If I had so say anything about it. The dirt is really hard now since when I first put it in this pot. It hasn’t had a new leaf in a really long time. Any suggestions?

Where did you get the dirt? Might prefer a well draining potting mix. Also not all house plants are fast growers. This looks like one that grows a bit slowly.
Repot it into some chunky, well draining potting mix. The soil it’s in has become hydrophobic it’s not absorbing water, so the roots are not getting enough water and nutrients to grow. Good luck🤞🪴
