So it's been a few weeks now, I disfigured my poor purple pearl in an attempt of propagation. Trying to take off one leaf, I ended up with 3 in my hand and a suddenly leggy looking mother plant. It took them long to show anything but guys here are pink roots and microscopic leaves!! At least 3 out of 5 are showing very, very good start (all my previous attempts at propagating were unsuccessful until today!) can't wait for pink babies!!

Always lovely to see little propogations make sure to send some pics when they have rosettes!

Also in my experience planting propogations when the have roots about like 2cm or more in their separate small pot or togather in a tray with enough depth but not too much and treating them similar to adult plants but with slightly more frequent watering usually makes the propogations more successful and they grow bigger too.
