It looks a bit top heavy to me? For context, it’s winter right now so it’s been slow with new growth (but spring is coming yay!).
There is one new leaf near the bottom, the first new growth I’ve gotten from near the bottom of the plant. I had cut off a few of the sad looking old leaves from when I first got it a few months ago.
I got this monstera about 5 years ago. It only had two leaves when I got it. It was the plant my grandma was looking at before she passed, so this plant means a lot to me.
If you have any questions, just let me know! Any advice is greatly appreciated. 🙂

I mean it could definitely use more light, and should you choose to give it more, it will show you how monstrous they can really get
A few months ago when I got my first big Monstera I put it about 20 feet away from the window, but still would get bright light all day once I put it in front of the window it immediately responded and perked up and a new leaf. For reference my plans are in an east facing window less than a foot away from the window and I open my blinds every day when the sun is rising so they get the sun hitting them for the first half of the day and then the rest of the day it’s indirect bright light. Also, I’m not sure if you rotate your plant or not, but I would suggest you only face it one way towards the light because these plants will get confused and wild lol
