The first pic is about a week earlier than the second pic. The unfurling leaf almost looks stuck but like it's still trying to unfurl…I haven't seen any other new leaves do this before. Is there anything I need to do for this?

Wait.
I’ve had no problem giving those ones a gentle pull, if there’s resistance I’d leave it though. Should be fine either way.
I like to spray a little water on the leaf. Usually by the next morning it pops out
It will work its way out.
I find pothos a little more forgiving at this stage to manually “unstick” them as it’s a very thin protective covering over the new leaf. I will usually just put a warm/wet paper towel over it then lightly wiggle it out. I’m comparing this to a philodendron that has a dedicated sheath they emerge from and it’s a little more difficult to get them unstuck.
It’ll be out by tomorrow. They all do this, we just rarely notice bc the window is only a few hours. DONT MESS WITH IT. You’ll damage the emergent tissue and won’t fine out for a month when it’s trying to harden off. Leave it be, pothos knows what it’s doing
