Is this better, faster or cheaper than just spreading some fertile soil with all those good microbes and plowing it in like people have been doing for thousands of years?

Very cool. Confused why comments are missing the significance. No, you can’t just toss a handful of soil onto a dessert to make it fertile. Wind erosion is a bitch.

Is this different than what theyve been doing in africa to reverse desertification via irrigation, planting trees and wind resistant plants?
