Jar sealed for two weeks. I have seen these two really long worms in it (only one in the photos). Water and ''mud'' are from a backwater of Elbe river. When I started the jar I didn't see them. My guess is that it is probably just some tubifex worm

Looks like you got a bristle worm (class Polychaeta). They’re seriously cool, but they are predators and this guy might throw off the balance of your jar too much. Their reproductive cycle is strange and complex, and I recommend taking a quick peek at the wikipedia article
