Beans will not thrive inside, and grow quickly enough that they don’t need to be transplanted. If you do plan to grow beans and have a spot outside, plant them out there when the weather is warm enough. Refer to Johnnys seeds for growing info for basically any veggie. Other than that, the best way to learn is experimentation. Good luck!

If beans are nearly touching the grow light, raise the light or lower plants. Keep 2–3 inches away. Transplant into larger pots soon. Ensure good drainage, strong light, and gentle airflow to prevent legginess.

beans grow really fast, they need to be moved into larger pots with support or outside.

You stagger your seed starting depending on when it needs to be transplanted. Tomatoes are started 6-8 weeks before transplant. Squash is 2-3 weeks. So if you start them at the same time, the squash will either be ready too soon or the tomatoea will be ready much later then most people want.

In Florida, so do you even have a last frost date? :). I’m guessing your beans should go outside right now. They don’t really want to be inside for long or at all in a long season climate like anywhere in FL. Similar with squash and cucumbers – better to start them right in the garden unless you need to cheat and get a week or two ahead while your garden soil warms up. Tomatoes do well with 6-8 weeks indoors, peppers more like 8-10 weeks.
