That’s what I grew up on, what my father still grows in his garden and calls “smooth kale”! You only find curly or Tuscan in stores. Smooth is delicious!

Looks similar to the leaves on my young kale plants so it might be a variety of kale.

Young Brussels sprout plants. They’ll get huge and grow a brussel sprout on the top of their leaf petiole like a little green upside-down armpit.
