White pine. Not familiar with NW tho, but looks like a straight up white pine to me.

Looks like a Joshua tree to me.
Edit: the Joshua Tree primarily grows in the Mojave desert and known to grow in NV, AZ, CA and parts of UT…The OP answered their location was pacific NW, Oregon but states they saw it on TV, so I’m curious if OR was the location where you saw it on TV or if you mistakenly thought you were answering the location where you are?

While that tree does look superficially like a Joshua tree, it is not. It is just it’s twisted growth and sparse needles that are kinda reminiscent.
Those are pine needles. Or maybe a fir or something like that. I’m not enough of an expert. But it’s very definitely not a Joshua tree. Joshua tree leaves are more similar to palms than pines.
