If they haven’t been staying over watered it could be too much light intensity. Based on observation they may be staying too damp in combination with too much light. When leaves cup or curl upward it usually means the plant is trying to reduce the surface area of the leaf to reduce exposure. The overall yellowing looks like too much moisture, when they are just popping up it’s good to keep RH high, but once roots start taking off they need some time to dry out a bit between waterings.
