I did what you said not sure i soaked it first. I forget about it literally for I'm guessing 5-6 weeks. I thought ick I'm going to find mildew mess. To my surprise it was growing. I used your next video to keep it alive or I think it ws yours.
That avocado was so tightly & weirdly wrapped in that paper towel, I hope it doesnβt harm or prevent the long growing multiple roots shown in the video.
I am going to try this because it defies what seems like common sense of giving the roots space to GROW like the single root – toothpick in a glass style.
I will be attempt with Mexican avocado because the flavor of the Florida ones makes me want to hurl.

Never forget to not eat the first two fruit harvests. Pick em and put them back into the ground . Your trees will be exceptionally healthy
