That big stem with the dead leaf looks like it may still be healthy/green further down. You may be able to chop and prop using the wet stick method 🤷🏼♀️ At least worth a try, but if the stem is mushy all the way through, it’s a goner.

It is very possible a part of the rootsystem has survived, just wait and see. Or you could go digging around looking for healthy tissue but this could damage the plant further
