Please help me with this backyard, i don’t know what to do with it. I want to make it a modern Spanish design but not sure where to start and chatgpt makes terrible mock ups
It’s hard without knowing the sun situation or your zone, but it seems likely with the house fence that it will be in mostly shade. You can grow a lot of unique shade plants combined together with different leaf shapes and colors that will look nice all year. Maybe with a winding walkway in between? Here are a picture of one of my shade gardens with a variety of hostas, goatsbeard, lungwort, ferns, Solomon’s seal, Asiatic lilies, etc.
