    Own or rent? Either way do something about it. Investigate or report.

    Looks like pea or sweet pea. Try looking on the outside of the building right there, see what’s planted. The siding is maybe split and a seed rolled inside.

    Gotta be mold back there too if enough moisture to grow plants…
