Please help! I have these micro dwarf determinate seedlings that are drooping, yellowing, starting to flower with many more flower buds. Seedlings started about 1.5 months ago, they were looking great but the past 2 weeks they are drooping, yellowing, starting to form lots of flower buds. I just watered them yesterday (I definitely think I overwatered) but I am growing them indoors in a grow tent with fan lightly blowing, 16 hr LED light (~ Avg PPFD ≈ 250–320 µmol/m²/s), and I gave them diluted Grow Big liquid fertilizer 1.5 weeks ago. I have definitely been overwatering I think, but aside from that, I don’t know what to do with my tomato plants right now in order to save them.

Have you recently potted them up if so did you use synthetic fertilizer pellets
I also was not sure if I should pinch off the flowers buds? I pinched off 2-3 flower buds 2 weeks ago, and that is when I noticed the plants themselves starting to look concerning/going downhill
Yes I would pinch off all flower buds at this stage so they can focus on root growth. They look overwatered to me. Did your fertilizer have nitrogen in it? Yellowing leaves is usually a nitrogen deficiency or overwatering.
I think that the light is too strong. I don’t think that it is nitrogen deficiency because the colour of the leaves is uniform.
Are you using grow lights that promote flowering? Red blue and white? If so, that is not what you want for seedlings as it can speed up flower formation.
Honestly, they look cold and damp to me. Not throwing shade, just saying. Perhaps some heat, trim their flowers, let them dry out a bit, and if they respond and dry out, give them a good drink of a seaweed emulsion. Then keep on the heat and let them dry out again before watering. By then you will be putting them outside.
these are starving to death
Aside from decreasing frequency/amount of watering, should I pinch off all the flower buds and add more diluted liquid fertilizer (6-4-4) right now? Or wait until they dry out more? I also have worm castings I can add?
They are not dying. They need nitrogen. Get a good tomato fertilizer.
