I got this guy a while ago because I thought it looked pretty cool. Over the last year it's sprouted a load of new leaves then to my surprise it started growing these bulbs which turned out to be flowers. The flowers seemingly only open for a day or so then close back up (attached an older photo). One of them has now started to die off – should I just cut this off?

Very cool! The inflorescences will fall off on their own. There isn’t really any benefit to cutting them off.
