i got her from the nursery a month back and put her in quarantine immediately. i noticed these white dust like circles and thought they were mealbug eggs – washed the leaves off, wiped them down with neem oil + insecticidal mix, and put up a yellow sticky fly trap. i check her every couple of days and these return, despite repeating this cycle twice a week. they wash off fairly easily and i make sure to not even leave a speck but they always return!!! please help!

oh and btw i have no other issues with her, she’s still putting out new growth but i have her isolated because im scared whatever this is, is harmful and infectious
