My little Callistophylla is grooming and I’m ecstatic. I’ve had a hard time with this little girl. Got her about a year and a half have a go from a vendor on Palmstreet. she lived close to me and the plant was in great shape when she got to me, but she didn’t like it here for the longest time. I finally took cuttings and placed in small clear pot, the same one She’s in here, and bagged her. She took forever to root when she finally rooted. She stayed in that state for the longest time. When I saw she had enough roots to make it on her own, I took her to my bathroom, which which she loves. Now we have this little bloom.

She’s beautiful!
Wow, just stunning. I really want one of these, but they seem difficult & expensive to find in AU.
Thanks! ♥️
It’s too bad they’re really expensive in Australia. They once were here, but I waited until they came down in price. They’re still a little pricey, but not bad.
People told me that they were easy. So lots of YouTube videos, saying the same thing, but it was definitely not easy for me. I don’t know exactly why but I think it may have been that I repotted it way too soon. It was in soil and I was afraid it would die from root rot in that so I’ll be potted it in a smaller pot using cocoa husks. And you’ve heard the rest of the story.
