Is this a tricolor carnosa? Is it healthy? Are the bumpy green spiky bits future blooms?

I got her at IKEA a few years ago without any ID tag. She’s kinda just chilled without growing much for a few years. In July I moved to an apartment with much more light and she’s seemed happier. She’s grown a lot and now has these bright green spiky growths that don’t quite look like other pictures I’ve seen.

Should I keep doing whatever I’ve been doing or does it look like I need to adjust her care? My approach to most plant care is pretty lackadaisical but I’ve never had a plant with blooms before.

That’s not a Hoya, and that’s her flowers.

It’s a peperomia Ginny. Those are flowers! Or whatever the peperomia equivalent would be 🙂
They stay like that. Don’t expect any “blooms”
