If you are new to SOP, you may want to split both the gastaria and SOP to different pots, both can sit on the same window sill, but they have different watering requirement, gasteria is much drought tolerant than the SOP, as from what I’ve heard SOP love water, it prefers more frequently waterings which can cause rot to the gasteria.

I have heard that if the pearls are spread out pretty far between them (like yours look in the last pic), they aren’t getting enough light so they’re elongating. So the newer growth might not be getting the most ideal light. What direction is that window?
