Strawberries can be easily multiplied using stolons, also known as runners. Stolons are long shoots that grow from the mother plant and produce new baby plants at their nodes. To propagate strawberries, let the stolon grow until the new plant develops healthy leaves and roots. Place the baby plant on moist soil or in a small pot while it is still connected to the mother plant. Once the roots are strong, cut the stolon and transplant the new strawberry plant into its own container or garden bed. This method is simple, effective, and helps you get more strawberry plants faster.
