Winter garden success!

Over the past few years I've been working on getting a winter harvest to work. Last year I finally started my winter greens and got them into the garden in time (around September). This is the first harvest from those plants, a little over 1.5 lbs of spinach, kale, lettuce and tatsoi. These plants are in 2 garden beds, covered with frost fabric and PVA floating row covers, and doing great. This coming week will be particularly cold, so fingers crossed these guys will make it!
