I’d check the roots and make the decision based on their size, but generally I’d go with the smaller pot myself.

DO NOT repot it the pot is big enough and since there is a off shoot growing from it you do not need to repot it and the pot size is big enough.
Another reason is because you just got that echeveria and if you did repot it the 1st time after getting it from the shop I would leave the echeveria be.
