A man accused of injuring another person in a fight during a Boston Bruins game at TD Garden last weekend was due to appear before a judge Friday but his arraignment has been pushed for a second time.
Aaron Tucker, 48, of Vermont, was arrested last Saturday after police say he pushed a man down the stairs at the Garden. Tucker was initially scheduled to appear in court Monday, but his arraignment was postponed to Friday, and now it has been postponed again. It wasn’t immediately clear when it was rescheduled for, and it’s not known at this time if he has hired an attorney.

Boston police said in their incident report that officers assigned to a detail for Saturday’s game responded for what was initially reported as “a person that fell off the balcony” to Loge Section 2. around 3:07 p.m. After speaking with multiple witnesses in the area, police determined the victim had been pushed while standing on the stairs, causing him to fall backwards.
The victim, who was found lying on the ground, semi conscious and breathing with his eyes slightly open in Row AA of Club Section 113, told police on the way to Massachusetts General Hospital that he had drank something and had no memory of the incident. Police say he had a cut on the back of his head, but the extent of his head injury was not immediately known.
Police identified Tucker as the suspect after gathering witness statements. They say he was seated in Section 113, Row E, during the game and was wearing a black hat with a blue NY Rangers #73 jersey, as well as a black sweatshirt underneath and blue jeans.
Boston police say officers assigned to detail for the Bruins game responded around 3:07 p.m. for a report of a male who had fallen in the balcony level of the arena.

Witnesses told police they saw the suspect and victim arguing before the man was pushed. Another witness said the two were heckling each other, and that the man who was pushed made an inappropriate gesture to the Rangers fan.
“The Rangers fan then turned to us and just blatantly said if he comes up here and starts running his mouth some more, he goes I’m going to grab him by the throat and push him down the stairs,” one of the witnesses told NBC10 Boston.
Tucker reportedly fled after the fight, with TD Garden security cameras capturing him leaving the venue around 3 p.m. through the east exit before he continued down Causeway Street.
Cameras again captured Tucker, and a woman he was with at the game, in the area of Endicott Street and Lafayette Avenue, at which point he was taken into custody without incident and booked for the alleged aggravated assault.
