I posted earlier, but then more elk showed up and I took better photos I live on a hill with around 70 acres of forest around me and was visited by one of the herds of elk that like to pass thru this morning. At first the elk just sniffed and said nah, but then it came back and tried it! Once they took a bit of my TBM Long form and spit it out but I didn't get photos. It always made me laugh thinking of a elk taking a bite and spitting it out but this morning I got to see it!

From time to time people post pics of chewed on cactus asking who we think the culprit is, I’ll have to remember elk is an option
