Propagation set up for albo

This is what I have right now to prop my monstera albo cuttings. The roots are super long (several feet) so they don’t sit properly in the tubs but I didn’t want to add too much moss because when I did a trial run the moss developed mold and so did the cutting. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve it or does it look okay? The moss is moist and not super damp and I have a grow light strip above each tub. I may end up needing to spray the moss a little more but the last thing I wanted was for all the cuttings to rot. The tops of the tubs also don’t have any holes in them so if anyone has recommendations for how often I should take the top off for air circulation (if I even need to) or if I should poke holes in the tops then please let me know.
