Garden Walk Buffalo is seeking original artwork to promote its 2026 event, with submissions due Jan. 31, 2026.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Garden Walk Buffalo is planting the seeds for its 2026 walk and are looking for artists to help it grow.
Garden Walk Buffalo is seeking artist’s submissions of original artwork to promote its 2026 event, scheduled for July 25 and 26, 2026. The tour will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
Last year, over 300 gardens participated in the walk.
Organizers say the call for art offers creators a chance to share their work with hundreds of local gardeners and tens of thousands of visitors from across the United States and beyond.
Entries are due by Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.
Artists may submit paintings in any medium or style, as well as drawings, photography, illustrations, sculpture or mixed media work. Submissions are limited to five entries per artist. Portrait, or vertical, orientation is preferred. Garden Walk Buffalo advises artists to keep designs simple so they can be reproduce well on various materials. Artwork should not include text or logos, as event details will be added later.
Selected artwork will be reproduced on a variety of items and sold to help promote Garden Walk Buffalo. Organizers say the artwork should be considered wearable and saleable for both men and women. All use of the artwork will be at the discretion of Garden Walk Buffalo.
Artists must submit a digital file of their work not exceeding 25 megabytes. Large files should be zipped or compressed. The preferred file size is 8 by 10 inches at 300 dpi. You can email your entry to aclark@gardensbuffaloniagara.com.
