Those streaks on the petals? Did you or something touch it recently? Looks like farina loss to me

It needs way more sun start with morning and evening sun and gently introduce it to afternoon sun but do look at how the plant responses since it depends on your local sun intensity because mine stay out all day on direct sun without sun burn but other people have gotten sun burnt echeverias from keeping them on afternoon sun
Apart from that it looks good try not to spill water on leaves while watering which cuases the farina to get damaged if your using tap water
In a few days I am sure your echeveria PVN (gussing by the looks) will look amazing
