Basically the title. I’ve had it for about two weeks now. Two of the leaves turned completely brown and I don’t know if this is a sign or not. I use the self watering system that’s inside their pots but I’m just unsure. The soil does look dry but I thought the self watering system was meant to combat that.
It stays indoors and I keep it on my window ledge every day without moving it.

The reservoir could be empty if the soil is completely dry? Most likely the plant is in a little bit of shock from the new environment. They take a few weeks to adjust and it’s common for leaves to drop
A lot of people are not fans of self watering pots. It kinda sounds like a watering problem. I personally bottom water because im terrible about over and under watering.
All three of my EasyPlant plants did not do well until I repotted them into a nursery pot. I won’t buy from them again, their self watering system sucks.
I have this exact easyplant (2 of them). I’d move it away from the window and keep it in less direct light. Just fill the water monthly. Mine took a couple months to start thriving and a couple leaves died along the way. No biggie.

And to avoid making another post, can anyone tell me what happened to my snake plants here? I’ve had them for a year and a half and I just can’t seem to make them work. I saved them from root rot monthsss back but I just don’t know what’s going on anymore.
